This has a creamy tangy flavour and is so soft it's almost like butter. Definitely one of my favourite cheeses for crackers

We love this visually distinct cheese. A fabulous creamy mouth feel and a taste that is strong enough but doesn’t overpower the rest of the board.

Wonderfully different cheese with a unique flavour. Smooth and mellow with a delicate charcoal flavour and stunning black colour. It looks amazing on the cheese board and grated over a baked potato. Will be buying again. One of my favourites.

Amazing cheese, honestly never thought I would like to eat a piece of black cheese even though I'm a big cheese eater and love to try out different flavours, will definitely be adding to my favourites
