If you like garlic and hot and spicy things this cheese is for you. A really hot and spicy cheese, my husband loves it. Makes lovely cheese on toast.

I love cheese. But finding a good combination with garlic on anything other than garlic bread isn’t easy. This cheese though, is definitely one of my new favourite cheesy treats! It certainly lives up to its name. Hot, it is indeed, but not overbearing. The cheese/garlic ratio is spot on too. A real step up from the “Mexican” hot cheeses you find in supermarkets. Defintitely including more of this in my next order!

I have never been able to find chilli and garlic cheese but when I did wow! This is best cheese I have ever tasted. There are so many ways it can be enjoyed with crackers, on a sandwich and so tasty melted on top of a delicious piece of steak
