Known to be one of England’s oldest and most famous cheeses, Sage Derby, has a green marbled appearance and a mild herby flavour both delivered by the sage. This cheese is a great pairing for pork dishes and burgers. For a cheese and cracker combination, it tastes great with some Chuckling Tangy Apple Chutney on a Black Pepper & Sea Salt Cracker.
