Vegan Sea Salt & Caramel Chocolate Fudge Brownies

It’s amazing on its own, but we couldn’t resist making the most indulgent, vegan chocolate brownies ever, with our Sea Salt & Caramel fudge, and we’re sharing our (not so) secret recipe with you.

You will need:
- Baking paper, or greaseproof paper
- A sauce pan
- A mixing bowl and spoon
- A measuring jug
Ingredients:
- 125g Caster Sugar
- 100ml Soya Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of Lemon Juice
- Pinch of Salt
- 150g Self Raising Flour
- Dirty Cow Chunky Dunky Chocolate Bar
- Vegan Sea Salt & Caramel Fudge Bar
Method:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
2. Using additional vegan butter, grease your baking tray using greaseproof or baking paper and set aside.
3. Place your sugar, flour and a sprinkle of salt into your mixing bowl and mix it togethe.
4. Place your vegan butter into a saucepan.
5. Break up your bar of Dirty Cow Chunky Dunky and place this in the saucepan with the butter.
6. Melt the butter and chocolate over the hob, on a low heat, stirring constantly to create a smooth chocolate sauce.
7. Take your saucepan off the heat and pour in your non-dairy milk, and ½ a teaspoon of lemon juice, and mix together until combined.
8. Pour the chocolate sauce into your mixing bowl and mix together for about 10 seconds until you have a smooth, chocolatey brownie mixture.
9. Pour your mixture into the greased, baking tray ensuring it is even.
10. Chop up your Sea Salt & Caramel Fudge Bar into pieces, and use these to decorate the top of your mixture.
11. Place your brownie tray into the oven for 20-25 minutes.
12. Remove your brownies from the oven and set aside to cool.
13. Once cool, cut up into squares, dig in and enjoy the chocolatey gooey goodness!
