Double Gloucester & Chive Egg Muffins Recipe
This quick and simple recipe is perfect if you want a little mid day snack or as a side to a scrumptious meal! Made using our NEW Double Gloucester & Chive Cheese and our Extra Mature Vintage Cheddar to give it a delicious creamy taste.

You will need:
- Bun Tin
- Chopping board
- Knife
- Jug
- Pan
- Grater
- Fork
Ingredients:
- 1 large head of broccoli
- 6 large free-range eggs
- 60g Double Gloucester & Chive Cheese
- 60g Vintage Cheddar Cheese
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1tbsp Vegetable Oil for greasing
Method:

Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees.

Cut head of broccoli into pieces and boil until tender.

Whilst boiling, in a jug add in eggs, seasonings and cheese, mixing until thoroughly combined.

In a pre greased bun tin add the small broccoli florets, but do not compact these, then pour the egg mixture over, making sure to leave some room at the tops for cooking.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, once cooled remove from tin and serve hot or cold.
