Cheesy Meatballs and Pasta Recipe
This hearty dish is perfect for all the family, using our tomato and Garlic Chutney to pack an extra punch to any pasta sauce and our Red Leicester cheese sprinkled on top for the perfect finishing touches to this dish.
Not forgetting the delicious homemade garlic bread created using our Garlic and Chive Cheddar, trust us it’s mouth watering.

Ingredients:

100g Chuckling Cheese’s Red Leicester Truckle

100g Chuckling Cheese’s Garlic & Chive Cheddar
-
4 tbsp Chuckling Cheese’s Tomato & Garlic Chutney
-
Oil
-
2 cloves of garlic finely sliced
-
1 red onion
-
Few sprig of rosemary

12 meatballs
-
500g Pasta
-
Loaf of bread

Butter

Garlic seasoning

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Begin by adding oil, garlic, onions and rosemary and meatballs to a pan and lightly fry for 13 minutes or until meatballs are cooked, ensure to turn consistently.

In a separate pan add pasta and place on boil for 12 minutes.

Whilst both are cooking, chop bread into even slices and spread with garlic butter mix, then grate Chuckling Cheese’s Garlic & Chive Cheddar on top and place in the oven until cheese is golden.

Place passata and Chuckling Cheese’s tomato & Garlic Chutney over meatballs and mix until combined and simmer on a low heat.

In a bowl place cooked pasta, sauce and meatballs, then grate Chuckling Cheese’s Red Leicester cheese on top to finish.

Remove garlic bread from the oven and serve with the pasta dish.
