Baked Cheesy Garlic Mushroom Recipe
You will need:
- 6 Ramekins
- A Pan
- Baking Tray
- A knife
- A Spoon
- A Greater
Ingredients:
- 180g Chuckling Cheese Sunday Roast Cheddar Truckle
- 30g Butter
- 500g Chestnut Mushrooms
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 300g Full Fat Cream Cheese
- Parsley
- Crusty Bread to Serve
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C, fan 160°C, gas mark 4.
- Chop the mushrooms into quarters and set aside.
- Melt the butter and sauté the mushrooms with the diced garlic for around 12-15 minutes. Once cooked, stir through some roughly chopped parsley.
- Distribute the mushroom mixture evenly between 6 ramekins.
- Place a large spoonful of cream cheese on top of the mushrooms and sprinkle with some grated Chuckling Cheese Sunday Roast Cheddar.
- Bake for roughly 15 minutes or until the cheese begins to brown.
- Whilst the mushrooms are baking, slice and toast a crusty loaf.Remove the mushrooms from the oven and scatter over the remaining parsley.
- Serve straight away with the warm bread for dunking.
