Baked Cheesy Garlic Mushroom Recipe


You will need: 

  • 6 Ramekins
  • A Pan
  • Baking Tray
  • A knife
  • A Spoon
  • A Greater



Ingredients:

  • 180g Chuckling Cheese Sunday Roast Cheddar Truckle
  • 30g Butter
  • 500g Chestnut Mushrooms
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 300g Full Fat Cream Cheese
  • Parsley
  • Crusty Bread to Serve



Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, fan 160°C, gas mark 4.
  2. Chop the mushrooms into quarters and set aside.
  3. Melt the butter and sauté the mushrooms with the diced garlic for around 12-15 minutes. Once cooked, stir through some roughly chopped parsley.
  4. Distribute the mushroom mixture evenly between 6 ramekins.
  5. Place a large spoonful of cream cheese on top of the mushrooms and sprinkle with some grated Chuckling Cheese Sunday Roast Cheddar.
  6. Bake for roughly 15 minutes or until the cheese begins to brown.
  7. Whilst the mushrooms are baking, slice and toast a crusty loaf.Remove the mushrooms from the oven and scatter over the remaining parsley.
  8. Serve straight away with the warm bread for dunking.
